About Central Office
Central Office is a Federal Correctional Institution located in Washington,

This facility holds 9 different housing units. Each unit is 2 stories high and there are 72 in the special unit. The camp has 244 inmates and there isn’t a special housing unit. Central Office has programs for substance abuse and prepares inmates with certain aspects of life when they are out of prison. Inmates get health and social service programs. Inmates will be safe if they have been assaulted sexually or at risk of being assaulted.

Sending a Mail/Care Package
You are more than welcome to send the inmate in the Central Office letters. However, if you would like to send a package or what is also known as a care package, you will need to get in contact with the Central Office.
Please do not try and send a care package to the facility without talking to a correctional officer. You will need to follow strict guidelines to ensure that the package gets truly sent and delivered to the prisoner.
Sending Money
The longest, yet cheapest way to send money to an inmate at Central Office is to send a money order to the money processing address. From the time they receive the money to the time the money gets put on the books; it’ll take about a month.
If the inmate cannot wait that long, you will need to send money using one of the following services:

Phone calls
Inmates at Central Office cannot receive phone calls, but these inmates can make phone calls. Typically, an inmate will have access to the telephones during the hours of 7 am to about 10 pm. During this time, an inmate can make 15-minute phone calls to their family and friends.
Visitation
Visitation is held on the weekends. You will need to be on his or her visitation list prior to coming down to the facility. If you are not on the list, you will not be permitted in.
