Once the offenders go on to their next facility. Then there may be a need for funds. But if they are in the Bangor Jail, they will be well taken care of.

The Bangor Jail will give each offender who goes through the booking and admission process one free telephone call home. This will be the only call that the inmate will get that will not cost you any money.

After that, all calls are collected calls and will cost you money for accepting them.


Since most of the time an offender in the Bangor Jail is not in the facility for such a long period of time, visitation is prohibited.

However, there will be attorney and counsel visits available.
