Sending a Mail/Care Package

The Challenge Incarceration Program can be quite a lonely place for those who are serving out their time. However, it doesnā€™t always have to be that way. The facility will allow family and friends of the inmate to send in letters.

These letters cannot be sexual in nature, they can and will be read thoroughly before it gets to the inmate. So, please follow these guidelines to ensure that you do not lose this privilege.

Sending Money

If you get a request to send money to an inmate in the Challenge Incarceration Program, you should note that this is not as hard as it may sound.

With the ever-evolving technology, it is super easy to send money to an inmate who is serving time in the Challenge Incarceration Program. You do not even need to leave the comfort of your own house to do so anymore.

The Challenge Incarceration Program uses a tool called JPAY. And JPAY gives you the option to either use their website or call in to deposit money into the inmates account within a few short moments.

Phone calls

Phone calls in the Challenge Incarceration Program will be limited to only 15 minutes in length. All phone calls that come from the Challenge Incarceration Program will be monitored and/or recorded for safety purposes.

You are not permitted to use ANY call features on your phone such as call forwarding, three way calling, or just plainly handing the phone off to someone else.

Visitation

Visitation here in the Challenge Incarceration Program are on certain days during certain times. A tip that you should always follow is call the Challenge Incarceration Program before heading out to ensure that they are still holding visitation.
