Many people ask why is that? Why do I always have to call the facility to see if my family or friend is currently in the custody of the facility. Most commonly this is since the facility releases and intakes inmates at a rapid pace.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Please do not send any inmates any packages or letters in the mail. Most of the time an inmate will be in the facility from a few hours to a few days at most. If an inmate is not eligible for bond/bail, the inmate will be transferred on to the county facility here in Duval County.
